Not saying anyone believes this is true...

But it's weird to be me, watching from my wheelchair, and the same week the flap about "painful to watch" broke out, I watched Mira Sorvino play an amnesiac domestic goddess(Martha with some Nigella, maybe) who could cook, do Christmas crafts without messing up, and well, basically everything but know her own name(Which, some women's studies prof probably exploded about in whatever year it got made, so I'm not covering that, but I did notice, you guys.) Mira is a very believable actress, and kept me watching long after sanity said I should stop.

I'm not saying that anyone over, say, age nine, believes that things happen that way, (in actual fact, many of them have empirical proof in their own families it's not, but how much does it affect people to watch reality's edges get sanded off that way...ten thousand times?
Like a Bradshaw of the damned, I couldn't help but wonder.

I voted Early!

For my voice, it sounds awfully quiet...even if Katie wins, she'll end up doing nothing but struggling with our legislature, anyway.(But there are still things that you have to do anyway, including try to regain power in the SOS office.

Browsing, Box Stores. and Non-transferable Love Songs...

Actual Mom and I got to browse in the bookstore this week(big giftcard for my birthday...you're jealous.)

We night have wandered around and/or touched more a few years ago(Or met someone...it's a good place to bring  Not Really A  Date, or a hang from out of town.

On the way, the radio played  John Legend's "All Of Me", but right before hand the disk jockette said

"I don't know, you guys, a bunch of people I know(she gave a number, but I don't retain numbers well, and what does it matter?) played this at their weddings and they're all divorced."(I might have mentioned that Actual Mom  hates that I would play "It's The End of The World As I Know It" for mine, but it seems like that's what it might take. I don't know why my mother wants me to Believe In Marriage...didn't work out for her, and it's not like my dewy, youthful, optimism would be compromised.) I didn't mention REM again, though. Just said "Maybe it's just about John and Tracy...doesn't work for anyone else." ETA: Of course, she's *Chrissy*, doy.  Where did that wrong name come from?

I will "finish my ballot"....

Since I now know how to findreviews for judges on the Arizona courts website(be patient...they may be trying to be transparent, but that section of the site is still midway down the second column of stuff on the website for AZ courts...they aren't that excited that we find these things.Maybe it's nuts to just haveone court-system site even during election years.

Here are some more tips for seniors and caregivers from a website that serves Western states aimed at helping to close the gap that still remains, despite progress in 2020, between abled and disabled voters.

I made other notes about this training, but sometimes your Bohemian Crip does not read her own writing very well.  It does seem to me that there is a continued hostility to citizen initiatives evident in this cycle's ballot measures, though.(I don't think I share it.)
