Kind of think my Crip-Lair is a bit small for me to have my speakers on, and Bohemian Mama watching a show in the next room...we're kind of used to being in each others' pockets, but there are limits.(Will experiment with my speakers in the next week or so, and try to hope for equilibrium.
Still, it was worthwhile hearing from DSA, and postal-union members about Green New Deal ideas.
In addition to the often-mentioned postal-banking and formalizing of a postal carrier's role in providing welfare checks to those that can't get out much, speakers from the NALC and one of the Canadian unions mentioned replacing postal fleets with electric vehicles, electric vehicle charging stations that can also be used by the public, solar panels, and reforesting while still delivering packages
